Nick Semling, Founder
Nick has over 20 years of professional construction experience budgeting, designing, estimating, scheduling, and managing projects for a wide variety of clients. His experience includes working with:

- New Home Construction for Garages, and Cabins
- Agricultural Buildings
- Commercial Office Buildings
- Auto Shops
- Storage Buildings
- Barndominium or Shouse
Nick is a certified Associate Constructor through the American Institute of Constructors and a member of the Construction Management Association of America. He has broadened his knowledge by earning a bachelor's of science degree in construction from the University of Wisconsin - Stout and an associate's degree for an applied science civil engineering technician from the Chippewa Valley Technical College.
In personal life, I have not been afraid to get my hands dirty and complete several residential remodels along with designing and building my own house.
